Event Information

Friday, 17th July, 2009.

Friday, 17th July, 2009 will provide exhibitors and trade/market stall holders with an

excellent chance to set-up their displays/stalls in readiness for the weekend ahead.  Club

Members will be available to assist, so please, don't hesitate in asking for further

information or assistance.

And, don't forget Exhibitors, Members and Registered Guests are all invited to attend the

Complimentary "Welcome BBQ" at 6.00pm.

Saturday, 18th July, 2009.

Saturday, 18th July, 2009 is Day One of the Event.  Breakfast will be served from 6.30am

until 8.00am on Saturday morning.  This will be followed by an Exhibitor's briefing at

8.00am, prior to the starting of engines.
