the
grounds
have
been
specifically
arranged
to
host
working
demonstrations
and
displays.
Adequate
room
is
allotted
for
each
of
the
display
categories
according
to
the
number
of
registered
exhibits. Additional room is allotted for those who register or arrive late.
** Please contact us directly if you are planning to bring an exhibit that may require additional room or
an area of its own, and we will make the appropriate arrangements.

stalls.
Marquees/tents
will
be
arranged
(at
the
cost of the site holder) for trade and market stalls if requested in advance.
It
should
be
noted
that
the
Club
will
actively
attempt
to
keep
the
range
ot
trade
and
market
stalls
as
varied
as
much
as
possible,
thereby
ensuring
that
there
is
an
adequate
mix
to
satisfy
both
the
Exhibitor and Visitor, whether they be male or female.

The
Club
grounds
are
equipped
with
loading
ramps,
and
the
necessary
equipment
for
unloading/
loading will be made available to exhibitors at no charge.
