The Club usually arranges for St. John’s Ambulance personnel to be on site with the local Queensland Ambulance Service being places on call for the duration of the event. The QAS Base and the Biloela Public Hospital are situated approximately 5 minutes from the Club grounds.
The Club will, as always, ensure that the necessary safety procedures and equipment will be put in place. Safety Officers will be appointed for each compound, with an additional back-up Officer who will take over when the principal Officer is away from his/her post.Safety guidelines will also be distributed in the Rally Packs and additional copies will be left at each of the compounds.In addition to this, however, the Club will require Exhibitors to attend a safety briefing which will be held prior to the commencement of the weekend and before any engines/tractors, etc. are started.
